The Secretary of State notice Changes to California Business Entity Filings includes a fee increase for copy requests. Effective January 1, 2013, the Secretary of State will no longer endorse and certify customer-provided copies. Certification costs are $5.00 for the first copy. Each additional copy costs $6.00 for the first page plus $0.50 per additional page.
